Crab Salad

Crab Salad:

This recipe is ready in minutes. It is a refreshing, low fuss treat. This is a great appetizer to serve at the beach or on vacation.

Ingredients:

  • 12 oz lump crab meat
  • 2 tbs minced onions
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • 1/2 cup diced red pepper
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • Salt and pepper to taste

    Directions:
    1. Chop veggies and eggs.
    2. Mix ingredients together, starting with the meat, onions, red pepper, and celery. Add in mayo and boiled eggs. Salt and pepper to taste.
    3. Serve in a chilled bowl with butter crackers (i.e. Ritz crackers).
