Crab Stuffed Mushrooms

Crab Stuffed Mushrooms

Comments: Creamy, rich treat. It's a great recipe for a girls night.

Ingredients:

  • 1 can crab meat
  • 1 container whipped cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup parmesean cheese
  • 25 baby bella mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onions

    Directions:
    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. Wipe mushrooms with a wet paper towel to remove dirt (washing will remove some of the mushroom's oils)
    3. Remove musroom stems and place mushrooms on a non-stick baking sheet upside down.
    4. Combine cream cheese, crab, parmesean cheese, and finely chopped onions.
    5. Spoon mixture into mushroom cap.
    6. Bake mushrooms for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
    7. Broil for three minutes to brown mixture.

    To make in advance:
    After step 5, refrigerate under cling wrap until event. Pop mushrooms into the oven before the event. Do not make more than one day in advance.
